- Iago is Jealous that Cassio got the position of lieutentant which from the that point grows the need to manipulate and ruin the lives that made his so miserable.
- Othello is jealous at the fact that Desdemona and Cassio have an affair. Which leads Othello wanting to kill Desdemona and Cassio.
- In the end jealousy led Othello to suffocate Desdemona leaving her unconscious.
