- Tina said that we should report the matter to the shop steward he might be able to help usthis is his office lets go in

- Picture 2:
- Good day Sir I am Shelly and this is Sizwe we really need your help......
- Good Afternoon I am Mr Mahlangu your shop steward how may I assist you today?
- Picture 3:
- Earlier two of this companies employees came to my office and asked they I represent them because they are being accused and denied the chance to tell their side of the story
- Shelly suggest that they report the matter to the shop steward, but Sizwe has no Idea what a shop steward is. Shop steward are employees of an organization elected by other workers to represent them in dealings with management.
- Picture 4:
- Sizwe and Shelly I hear your story but my hands are tied I am only following orders from the regional manager.....
- Mr Mahlangu greets them and offer his assistance and then allows them tell their story, He then promises them that he will set up a meeting for tomorrow with them and Mrs robinson so that this matter is resolved.
- Picture 5:
- I am so worried that I am going to lose this job and I really cant afford to lose it I am the only one working at home
- In this scene Mr Mahlangu is with Mrs Robinson telling her about the employees wisit to his office earlier claiming they were denied the chance to explain what had occured. He then ask her to be available tommorrow for the meeting.
- Picture 6:
- I am also worried because that guy said he is friends with the regional manager so he might take his side
- In the meeting both Shelly and Sizwe are given the platform to tell what occured at the parking lot the previous day
- Yesterday while we were on tea break we were standing at the parking lot and chatting then came a man and starte sweraing at us......
- Mrs Robinson explains that the regional manager requires them to go for a deciplinary hearing because they brought the companies name to dispute because they were in work uniform when the incident occured .Sizwe and Shelly signed suspension forms are given the deciplinary hearing date and Mr Mahlangu is going to represnt them.
- Sizwe and Shelly are on their way to the rank and are afraid they are about to lose their job.
