- Thank you for coming and seeing me, its very important to have someone to trust. Now I will be be right back I'm going to grab you some things and inform your mom.
- Hi thank you for seeing me I really appreciate it, so I was in math class and I felt wetness in my undies but I didn't wet myself so I went to my best friend because I really trust tell her things and she told me to come to you.

- Ok, I'm brought back some pads and tampons. I'm going to teach you how to use a pad. So first you pull your undies down not all the way just to your knee cap, second you unwrap it so that all the sticky parts that stick onto your undies are exposed, then you place them on your undies make sure the little love heart on the pad is at the front not the back of your undies. Then lastly you want to wrap the wings onto the outside of your undies. Here you go the bathroom is just in that door.

- I'm just going teach you some advice, first you can not swim while using a pad but can when you use a tampon, but I wouldn't use a tampon till you get a little older. Wrap up your used pads in toilet paper. Change your pad every 4-6 hours. Symptoms that you would get when your periods is near by, acne is a typical symptom, your breast may get sore and heavy, stomach cramps, you may get constipated, bloated and gassy. Possible to get headaches, but the most typical symptom are mood swings. Periods should last4-7 days. I advise if you don't have any at home get Naprogesic to help with stomach cramps, headaches and lower back pain. Other than that take Panadol or Nurofen. If you have any other questions come see my or ask a parent. I hop this helps though.

- After building up the courage, Blake is now talking to the nurse after taking Bree's advice. Bree is tell the school nurse what happened in class and in the bathroom.
- After 5 minutes the nurse comes back with Pads and Tampons. She informs Bree that she had spoken to her mother and is now informed about what has happened this past hour. The nurse teaches her how to use a pad and tells her to go put it on.
- After about six minutes Blake comes out with the pad on. The nurse gives lots of advice about periods and how to cope and that she should download an app to keep track of when she gets her period or put it in her diary and mark the days she gets her period.
