  • The Peculiar Ramblings
  • Whatever may these wild rambling be on, it appears they are from my own kindred of the village but also of the most heinous of sinners.
  • I need not involve myself further with this chaos and I ought find my beloved wife.
  • The worlds innumerable sorrows are upon us; we regard with pity how truly barbarous this world is, but our ends must be attained.
  • Deliver with haste little lady
  • Chant further
  • *Vociferous mumbling*
  • Make obvious the grief and sorrows of this wretched existence
  • Do not tarry young woman
  • Grim Mindings
  • Faith... Faith! .. FAITH!!!
  • These machinations of the mind try to deceive me to believe that Faith is no more, but my wife must yet still be
  • *Loud wailing*
  • *Maniacal cackling*
  • *Blaring frenzied screams*
  • *Delirious laughter*
  • If only I realized sooner, this world itself is wicked.
  • The Loss of Faith
  • *Short chuckles..* *Deep Maniacal laughter!*
  • Alas... My Faith is gone
  • There is no good on earth any longer; and sin is but a name, Come, devil! For to thee is this world given.
  • Depravity ought be the only way of this ghastly earth
  • *Demented laughter*
  • *Wild Shrieks*
  • As Goodman Brown ventures ever further into the forest, he begins to hear what appears to be these unintelligible waves of familiar voices, his townsfolk, uttering things alien to him.
  • Goodman as he continues advancing feels a pervasive sense of uneasiness suffuse through his being and he habitually calls out for his dear wife, Faith. A piercing scream was then heard and hideous laughter drowned out this noise.
  • Goodman Brown while deep in thought encounters a peculiar pink ribbon and grasps it. Goodman Brown's mental fortitude crumbles as he observes the ribbon and who this ribbon originally belonged to. Goodman Brown is no longer himself.
