This town of Fair Speech you said, I've heard of it.
I'm from the town of Fair Speech, and I am on my way to Celestial City. But there are 3 men we must meet.
Christian, Hopeful, and By-Ends were all walking on a road , And By-Ends was giving them advise and talking about his background, and he also explains the dream he had of the 3 men they will encounter and what God has in-store for them.

Christian was going his option on the journey and how he feels about the situation, and was saying that he believes that God will lead him to wear he needs to go. and he asks By-Ends if he knows more.
