We are sourcing brown Algae for the polymer “alginate’. It is fast growing and does not require freshwater or fertilizer. It can be grown quickly and does not require any maintenance. . We take the whole kelp leaf in its raw form and leave the base for regrowth.

Plants are shipped to production facility to be later on processed. Shipment does not require keeping the kelp alive.

4) Industry Facility
The facility will process raw kelp through extraction, purification, and treatment, converting it into a sustainable bioplastic material. This involves chemical and mechanical processes that transform the kelp into a usable material for various applications.

5) Grinding Industrial Vat
An industrial grinding machine will be used to convert the kelp into a fine powder, preparing it for further processing into a usable material.

7) Mixing the kelp
The materials required to perform the manufacturing only involve the raw material itself, water and heat to mold and transform the kelp into the bio-plastic form.
