- I see it differently. It basically pushes God and religion out of everything human beings do.
- It just means we are free! We don't have to base every single daily decision on old religious rules.

- True, but if a leader lacks a strong spiritual or moral foundation, they might end up being corrupt.
- Look at politics, for example. Secularism says anyone can be a leader based on their skills. They don't need to be super religious.

- It also changes how we treat the planet. Without spiritual respect for nature, people just exploit it for money
- Or it just helps science! We can use natural resources for progress without worrying about breaking old spiritual rules
- secularism is the ideology that separates religion from public life, the state, science, and the hereafter.

- But if we strip religion away from our values, then morals are just temporary trends. Society might lose its core sense of right and wrong.
- Values naturally change over time anyway, Adam. What was 'bad' in the past might be totally normal now.

- Exactly. Progress is good, but abandoning our moral roots completely candefinitely cause problems for society
- I guess it’s a trade-off. We get total freedom, but maybe it gets a bit chaotic.
