  • Hi! Did you know that the capital of Yukon is Whitehorse?  Do you know what the latitude is?
  • The latitude for the southern border is 60 degrees north and the latitude for the northern border is 69 degrees north!
  • The Northwest Territories ar so beautiful! I heard that the capital is Yellowknife.

  • Don't the people here make money by mining diamonds, oil, and hunting animals, like moose?

  • I've always wanted to visit Victoria! I love the way they get their money!

Interesting Fact 2: The Mountain Avens is the state flower. Interesting Fact 3: The nickname of the Northwest Territories is "The Land of the Polar Bears".

  • For this state I had the point of interest and the topic was Sunwapta Falls. Interesting Fact 1: The word "Sunwapta" means "turbulent waters". Interesting Fact 2: A wildfire surged around the Sunwapta Falls in 1967. Interesting Fact 3: The falls originate from the Athabasca Glacier.
