Consumers are people who buy all the goods like you me and many other customers.
There is still a chance to buy the mask but at a higher rate because consumers sometimes won't buy stuff because of the cost. You can still buy them
So I can go to the store and get masks but for a higher cost? Well I guess there will be a surplus of gloves since people do not use them anymore.
Surpluses are items that are overflowed or the amount is more than you need.
