- Kevin is struggling with his soccer, but all of the sudden he meets this random guy with advise

- Hey kid! Do you know about Newton's Laws of motion?
- Well they can help you get better at soccereeee
- WHAT!

- First there's Newton's first law, the law of inertia. It states that an object that is at rest stays at rest unless acted upon by and unbalanced force
- That means my foot is the unbalanced force kicking the soccer ball which is at rest?
- Exactly!
- AWSOME!
- Glida: 3
- Next there's Newton's second law. It states force equals mass times acceleration
- That means if I want to kick the ball harder or with more force, I have to kick it faster too!
- Correct

- Finally there's Newton's third law. That states that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction
- So if my action is kicking the back of the ball with a force of 5N, then the equal and opposite reaction would be that the ball moves forward 5N.
