An early wake up alarm can cause your hypothalamus signal your brainstem to flood your brain with noradrenaline before it is ready. This forces an un-rested frontal lobe into an active state white it is still trapped in wanting to sleep. On top of this, knowing you have to go to school right away could have kept your sympathetic nervous system awake all night.

I'm so angry... I don't wanna go to school

Your frontal lobe AND temporal lobe work together with your limbic system to cause this. Upon talking or laughing with friends, your parasympathetic nervous system lowers your heart rate and cortisol levels. Your brain receives chemicals, like oxytocin and dopamine. This all shifts your body from a stressed state to then activate your brain's natural reward system.
I feel a lot better now talking with my friends!

Why I am so tired? I just woke up...
If you hate school, your hypothalamus activates your sympathetic nervous system to flood your body with adrenaline, increasing your heart rate and muscle tension. At the same time, the frontal lobe tries to reason and regulate this anger, while the temporal lobe fuel the angry with past stressful memories of school.
