- Someone finally noticed.

- Thank you. I'll look into it.
- How dare you search my purse?!

- Have you been selling marijuana to other students?
- He didn't have a warrant. He violated my fourth amendment rights!
- I was just trying to do my job.
- Due to the need for swift justice in schools, Mr. Choplick was within his rights to search based on a reasonable suspicion..
- Vote: 6-3
- The fourth amendment should not be abridged like this.
- And so the precedent was set. For the purposes of school justice, a "reasonable suspicion" is enough to justify a search. It has since been expanded somewhat and applied in different scenarios, but the sentiment remains. Schools need a lower standard of proof to spark an investigation.
