- People didn't knew a lot about the world because they didn't get out of their villages. People didn't travel as often than now
- Childrens didn't study but a little could be teached by doctors or nuns
- Life was tuned by the rising and setting of the sun
- The industrial revolution helped a lot in mines with minecarts etc...
