The Fall of the House of Usher
Storyboard Text
- After the narrator recieves a letter from his personal friend, Roderick Usher, he arrives once again at the gloomy House of Usher.
- The narrator enters the house and is greeted by a servant who brought him to a lofty room where he met Roderick. They then catch up as the narrator observes Usher's behaviour and looks.
- As the narrator dives deeper into his friend's mental illness, he catches a glimpse of Lady Madeline. The narrator decides to aid his friend by occupying themselves with arts, poetry, and music.
- Lady Madeline's death was then announced to the narrator and was requested to accompany his friend for the temporary entombment.
- A few nights after the burial, Roderick admits that he has heard Lady Madeline's movements in the coffin multiple times as he went mad. Lady Madeline then appears and fell inward to her brother, and the two became corpses.
- The narrator then flees and comes to realize that the twins were reunited in death as he then watched the House of Usher crumble to fragments.
