“Do you like hiking? I’ve been going to the hills on weekends.”
“That’s awesome! I’ve been looking for a new hiking trail. Do you have any recommendations?”
“Definitely! There’s this great spot about 30 minutes away from here. I’ll send you the details.”

Alex and Jamie have become friends and start talking about more personal topics.
“I totally get that. I went through something similar last year. It can be overwhelming.”
“You know, I’ve been feeling pretty stressed at work lately. Sometimes it’s hard to manage everything.”
“Yeah, I’m trying to figure out how to balance things better, but it’s tough.”
“If you ever need to talk or need advice, feel free to reach out. I’ve been there, so I know how it feels.”
