- The world has offered me a task: Travel to the House and Senate, gain their favor, and receive the President's Sign.
- I am revived from my grave. Forgotten, an undead "bill".
- Bill
- ...
- Only then, would I be granted the title...Undead "Law"
- First...The House and Senate.

- Carried by the Wings of Ideas, I'd soon be dropped into the hands of the House.

- Dropped into the abyss...
- I hoped to come out on the other side.
- First came gaining the favor of the House.I stood in front of many committees. They openly debated my existence; If I deserved to live, or die there on the spot.

- Bill
- It took some convincing. Both from members of the committees...And a little floor action of my own.
- Eventually, the House decided. They sent me to the Senate to follow the same path, and be decided on by many more committees.

- One debate in particular took... Longer than expected. Deemed a "filibuster".
