I get my values from: when I see happiness or feel happiness it's amazing. When I feel calm it's such a lovely feeling and I hate the thought of any more wars. Lastly, when I make mistakes I really regret them so I have sympathy for people who do the same.
I felt truly calm when I was on holiday on a cruise and I went outside onto our balcony and I simply sat there watching the sea. It was just so calm, quiet and relaxing.
To regularly make myself happy I spend time with my family.
I have setbacks whenever I think too much about everything; but whenever this happens I know my family are always there for me, especially my mum.
I would tell someone who wanted to be happier to...Think of something they love because if they love it, it will make them happy. To be with people they love. Also, to meditate because I, personally, find this very calming.
