- Is mom happy? I need to make sure she's seeing friends.
- Many family members and friends are willing and able to assist but Cassandra needs to find an easy way to delegate.Cassandra decides to give a VILLAGE, a web-based tool a try.

- VILLAGE allows her to keep track of many of the caregiving demands in one place, connect to friends and family in a crowd sourcing model to get support. It has an easy to navigate dashboard with the plugin features you select.

- Privacy settings allows sub-groups to see sensitive information like financial and medical information.View medical notes, see medical appointments, sign up for tasks. The chat function allows for easy communication.

- Yes, good news! I signed up to take her to the follow- up appointment.
- Lois' son Anthony is in charge of her finances and is driving the project to rent out her home. He can share project plans, financial documents and a timeline - sending updates to specific family members.

- Davis enjoys spending time with Grandma Lois but often gets stuck trying to figure out what to do and fit it in to his schedule.He can access her wishlist, suggest new ideas for activities and send an invite to Grandma's calendar
- Wonder what grandma is doing this weekend? I'll check her dashboard to see what's on her wishlist.
- Rose Garden Tour...Brunch...Movies. I'll take her to the Movies!

- I signed up for Friday dinner. Love using doordash to send meals from Lois' favorite restaurant.
