- I swear this is the last time we come in here!!! I have never had the food OR service be this bad!
- I need to see your manager now! There is a green piece of rotten clump in my food!!!
- Again, I do apologize. My manager is on his way.
- Oh my goodness! I do apologize for that. Please give me one second and I will be right back with him.
- Ahhhhh...I understand. Please do not cry and never let a guest get you that upset. Always come and find me and I will solve it for the both of us

- Did you look at it? If you had to guess, what do you think was inside the dish?
- It could be and artichoke heart that was not minced up? It looks like it but I was too afraid to respond. They were yelling at me and were so mad.
- There is a table yelling at me because I served them some rotten food! I feel bad but I know I didn't do anything wrong!
- I wanted to but I was just so upset at how they spoke to me. Thank you for going to speak to them.
- I see sir...but that is an artichoke heart. It is part of the dip and is not uncommon. I can take it off your check if you like?
- Sir, right now she is so upset in the back that she is in tears. She has never had anyone speak to her that way. She wants to quit.
- That is fine. I have taken care of your check. You can leave. We will not tolerate our guests speaking to our staff like that. Please have a great night

- I guess so. I still think she did this intentionally and was trying to get me sick.
- Yes there is!!! This food is rotten and disgusting! The server intentionally tired to serve me rotten food!
- I told her how felt. It is her job to wait on me and make me happy! She didn't so I'm not going to feel bad or apologize.
