We're getting lot's of complaints from people fed up of waiting so long for their coffee!
In two groups, we can spend 15 minutes wearing each hat, and then an hour on full group discussion. If we have a really good idea, we'll take it to the area manager for approval.Here goes...
What about that new 'Coffee Maker 3000'? That machine is incredible and would definitely speed up production!
