- Rogers believed in the Theory of Personality. That we develoup our potential to the fullest extent, trying to be our ideal self each person wants
- Eysenck's Theory of Personality says that personality has dimensions, introversion vs. extroversion and neuroticism vs. stability, and is biologically based.
- Bandura believed in the Locus of control, which is our perception of where the seat of power over our lives is located. He thought there is an External LOC, our enviorment is in control, and an Internal LOC, we feel that we are in control of ourselves.
