- The four sisters go to give their food to the children of Aunt March's friend on Christmas morning to help them out. After, the four girls surprise Aunt March with cake and gifts to show her their appreciation.
- After they watched a play that some of the girls were in ,their neighbor Mr. Laurence send them a feast as a gift because he heard that they skipped breakfast to give their food to the children next door.
- Meg and Jo get invited to a party were Jo meets the Laurence boy, Laurie. Jo and Laurie get to know each other better and have a good time at the party. Later, Jo needs to help out her sister Meg because she twisted her ankle while dancing. Laurie offers take them home and leave the party early.
