- I don't have to wear one! I'm young, healthy, and I'm not at risk for COVID-19
- I'm sorry you lack knowledge of the pandemic currently happening. But masks are required at school. As the new delta variant is on the rise.
- Delta Variant? I've never heard of that before.
- Well to help you understand... When inside the school masks are required to protect all students and staff. The delta variant is more than 2X more contagious than previous variants according to the CDC.
- Oh wow I didn't know that! But I'm young and healthy and constantly surrounded by college kids I should be fine we're all vaccinated!
- Actually there have been many break through cases that is causing this urgency to continue to follow CDC guidelines.
- Oh my god! I wish the school would have updated us and promoted public safety.
- I cannot believe they wouldn't inform their students on information on the HIGHLY contagious delta variant!!
