Storyboard Text

  • Glida: 1
  • Ms. Anya knelt beside Leo's desk, speaking gently. She is gesturing towards a designated "calm down corner." Leo is looking at her, still a bit frustrated but listening.
  • Ms. Anya offers a structured break.
  • Leo, I see you're feeling frustrated. Would you like to take a 3-minute break at the cool-down corner and then we can try again together?
  • Glida: 2
  • Leo is sitting at his desk with a worksheet. He looks visibly frustrated – he has slumped shoulders, furrowed brow, pencil gripped tightly, and a slightly crumpled paper.
  • Ms. Anya is standing nearby, observing him with a calm, attentive expression.
  • This is too hard! I can't do it!
  • Glida: 3
  • A short break helps Leo regulate his emotions. Next, he will ideally return to his work calmer, possibly with Ms. Anya's support as offered
  • Okay... feeling a bit better now! I needed to take a step away from the situation to come to the cool down corner to regulate my emotions.
  • Leo is sitting in the "cool-down spot" (maybe a beanbag chair with a timer nearby or just a quiet desk area). He looks calmer, perhaps looking at a calming visual aid or just resting quietly. Ms. Anya is back at the front of the room or helping another student, giving him space but aware. The timer shows a minute or two has passed.
