Pros: The only pro is for the person in charge, they have all the power.Cons: Everyone is scared of the person in charge, no one knows what is going to happen next ing their lives, they are forced to live by someone else's rules.

- Everyone gets a say in government, people vote for electives, and the people have the power.Pros: People have complete power over their lives, and they get a say for what happens in their lives.Cons: Not everyone agrees on who should be voted for.
