Hi, I'm a dinosaur who lived millions of years ago
Over millions of years, layers of sediment build up. These push down with a huge force on the remains of the dinosaur. There is also heat applied from the Magma below.
Today, humans dig for coal and drill for oil and gas, which we then burn in order to generate electricity. However, there isn't much left - it is running out!
