- You do not have to let people search your house without a warrant. Unless you were in hot pursuit of a crime. Or something is in plain view you get a warrant from a judge.
- Yesterday I was in a civil case. I won, but the weird part was that there was no jury
- Thanks to the 5th amendment you can only be tried once for the same crime self incriminate, be treated fairly when waiting for a trial, and don't have to give up property unless paid a fair price.
- Next time I get sentenced to a year in a dungeon. I will call my lawyer.
- Thanks to the 6th amendment, you have the right to a speedy and public trial. A fair and unbiased jury, to have witnesses and to an attorney.
