"I decided that in order to cover up my murder, I would hide William's necklace in Justine's pocket."
Wait! Victor! Listen to me and hear my story!
*Gasp!* It's you! You're nothing but a wretched devil!
"Man will not associate with me; but one as deformed and horrible as myself would not deny herself to me." pg.144
"As you know Victor, our paths suddenly crossed at Montanvert. And after some convincing, you were finally ready to hear my tale."
"And so, I asked Victor if he would create a lady monster for me. only this one had to look like myself, so she won't turn from me in disgust."

Robert Walton's Tale
On their way to the North Pole, Walton and his crew spot a giant figure on a dogsled.
Umm...sir, what is that?
I don't know, it's too foggy to see. Onward!
Reel that poor man in at once!
Keep healing, sir. You're going to need as much rest as possible.
Walton and his crew find Victor and bring him aboard their ship.
Victor rests and heals from the cold.

And so it was that Victor's tale was shared. Walton, finding his story intriguing, wrote it all down.
Walton, let me tell you my story...
Please do!
"Such a monster has, then, real existence! I cannot doubt it; yet I am lost in surprise and admiration!"pg.209
