everyday i wake up i feel demotivated to do anything i feel worthless
i feel like everyone is watching me no matter where i go i get this uneasy feeling of worthlessness
i have frequent mental breakdowns in places where i am alone or whenever i get sudden thoughts of suicide
i feel much better after i took therapy as it helps me regain my confidence and self worth
i feel much more free and i can finally walk around without the fear of being judged
nobody has to go through mental health issues alone
if you are struggling please reach out to a loved one or teachers nobody has to face mental health problems alone
they are thousands of children similar to my situation with no one to talk too but you can do something about it
