The Fight between Enkidu and Gilgamesh

Enkidu, Shamat is going to be with Gilgamesh!
"No Gilgamesh, Shamat is mine!"
Enkidu enters civilization.
Surprised at how strong Enkidu is. "As mighty as a meteorite (9)"
Enkidu hears from others in the civilization that Gilgamesh is going to hook up with Shamat.
Good Job Gilgamesh!
Enkidu is jealous of Gilgamesh and him having Shamat. He wants to be with Shamat. Good vs. Evil = Gilgamesh is bad and Enkidu is good
Enkidu and Gilgamesh fight! Gilgamesh is surprised at how strong Enkidu is.
Gilgamesh wins the fight but Enkidu is not angry about it. This was almost as if it was a battle among brothers.
Gilgamesh and Enkidu become good friends
"They kissed each other and became friends" (2.9).
