- Just an ordinary day for Sir sweat, minding his own business attempting to train his minions, he takes a little to much pride in their physical state.
- He takes his minions out to the beach so they can run along the sand his name describes him perfectly, Sir Sweat.
- As the day comes to an end, Sweat and his minions go back to their base to recharge as the night falls
