- The Pharaoh of Egypt decided that every son should be thrown in to the river because they could be threats to the thrown. Moses's mother kept Moses in hiding for weeks, so she could spend more time with him. Finally she finished weaving a basket for her to throw moses in the water. She gently placed him in the reeds and his sister watched him travel down the river to the princess's room.
- The princess's maid found him and took him to her.
- She thought he was gorgeous and kept him. A while later she told the Pharaoh and he accepted Moses.
