- Good morning! Allow me to introduce myself and explain my new role.
- My name is Tonia Hamilton, and I am your new Instructional Designer. I'm excited about working with you!
- My ultimate goal is to design engaging and memorable learning experiences that our team, as well as faculty and staff campus wide, will enjoy.
- To accomplish this, I will collaborate with you to identify existing learning gaps and create instructional materials that will address those gaps.
- Then, I will determine which types of technology will best complement the instructional materials. I encourage each of you to provide me with feedback throughout the design and implementation processes.
- Lastly, I will lead evaluation sessions to explore opportunities for improvement. I look forward to contributing to the ongoing development of our colleagues!
