Öğrenciler, sözlerimizin sonuçlarının olduğunu anlamalıdır. Mağdurlara zorbalık yapıldığında korku, endişe yaşıyor ve özgüvenini azaltıyorlar. Bu, mağdurların güvenli bir durumda olduklarından emin olmak için davranışlarını ve çıkarlarını değiştirmelerine neden olabilir. Çoğu zaman bu, izolasyon ve spor, kulüp, sosyalleşme gibi önceki çıkarların kaybıyla sona erer. Bu aynı zamanda daha aşırı sonuçlara yol açabilir. Mağdurlar kabul edilmediklerini hissedince, bu stresle başa çıkmak için tehlikeli alışkanlıklar geliştirebilirler. Bu bağımlılık, yeme bozukluğu veya hatta kendine zarar verme şeklinde kendini gösterebilir.
Bu aktivitede öğrenciler zorbalık mağduru için bir zaman çizelgesi oluşturacaktır. Gösterilen aktiviteler gibi aktiviteler, öğrencilerin konuşmadan önce düşünmelerini sağlayarak kelimelerinin etkisini görmelerine yardımcı olabilir. Bu aktivitenin amacı zorbalığı önlemektir.
