looks like your son has mononucleosis, or mono. this disease is spread by kissing, so he must have gotton it when he kissed you goodnight. you would have started with it, it is spread when somebody who has mono spreads their saliva to somebody else. you may not have ever gotton the symptoms, but you do have it according to the lab results.
