This is logos because Antony is bringing attention to the amount of things Caesar gave away and his charitable deeds. He also mentions Caesar giving away amounts of money, which will make people believe him because the logic make sense.
LOGOS
In addition, he’s left you all of his walkways, his private gardens, and newly planted orchards, on this side of the Tiber River. He has left them to you and to your heirs forever—public parks where you can wander and relax.
