Then get out the way bozo! You would die if we were in the main city!

Yes this is a great place for housing. Many people have been buying the empty land here.
Sprawl
My my my this is perfect! I can build new housing for the incoming residents.
Gentrification is the process in which the demeanor of a poor town is changed with people of wealth moving in, attracting new business, and improving the houses. Usually this drives out current residents. An example of this is San Francisco, California.
Central Business District
I went to 12 stores here looking for the new gucci slides and couldn't find them!!!!
They haven't released those yet man...
An exurb is a community outside of a city, usually a nice, successful, and wealthy area. People living on the outside of Philadelphia live in the exurbs.
Gated Communities
Sprawl is the fast expansion of new towns and cities. Houston, Texas is a good example of this.
Greenbelt
A central Business District is where a large amount of businesses are located in a city. These are usually seen in the center of the city. Places such as Los Angeles have large CBD and it is the attraction of the city.
LOL
Gated communities are fenced in neighborhoods with controlled access gates for people and cars. Gated communities are implemented to create a safe place and to improve or maintain the price of housing. Places such as Bel Air have nice neighborhoods surrounded and protected by gates.
I know right! And it looks great!
A designated area of land separated from the urban areas of the city is a greenbelt. This can be a park, farm, open space, or wild land etc. San Francisco has a greenbelt, which is the Golden Gate Park which is implemented in the middle of the city.
I am so glad they implemented this park right in the middle of the city! It is so nice and convenient!
