- Dadaji Then shopkeepers should treat their consumers well.

- Yes They should ,If they dont treat their customers well.Then customers wont buy things from their shop
- Dadaji How can shopkeepers make their consumer's happy???
- They should give their consumers correct information about the products ,They should sell their products at right price, They should also solve any doubts that customers have and most importantly .They should treat their consumers properly
- But Dadaji some shopkeepers neither treat their consumers well nor do they give their customers correct information and we can't do anything about it.
- Do you know that consumers have rights too? They can use thee rights to teach lesson to those shopkeepers or manufacturers who sell inferior products to them.
- The definition of consumer right is "The Right to have information about the quality potency quantity purity price and standard of goods and services".as it may be the case but the consueris to be protected against any unfair practices of trade
- What ae these rights dadaji?
- Dadaji from now i will be always be aware while buying something and i will also tell my friends about these rights. Then we will be smart consumers
- For ex: Right to consumer education focuses on spreading the meaning of consumer awareness and having each citizen and consumer know what is consumer rights .Information about consumer rights must be given to all consumers which is ensured by this right.
