- The employee suddenly raises their hand, interrupting Sam.
- Slayt: 3
- There's some tension here. I’ll speak to them privately after this meeting.
- Other team members exchange concerned glances, and the atmosphere becomes uncomfortable.
- Slayt: 4
- Hey, I noticed you seemed upset in the meeting. Is everything okay? Would you like to talk privately?
- I would appreciate that.
- Sam finds the employee at his desk later.
- Slayt: 5
- I’ve been dealing with a lot at home. It’s affecting my mood and work. I don't know what to do.
- They meet in Sam's office, where the employee opens up about their personal problems that they have been facing at home. Sam listens attentively, nodding in understanding.
