I know phones are the coolest thing in the world right now. But did you know that there are different types of attachments?
Emotional attachment is a normal part of development. You teens nowadays are driven to connect to those that provide a sense of protection, comfort, and validation. Attachment can be toxic if you rely on others or your phone to satisfy you.

Ms. T told us that there are different types of attachment. She explained the four most common ones Secure, Anxious, Avoidant and Disorganized.
Oh nice, that's so great! She is so right. I'm glad she got to explain it before me.
She taught us that people can get emotionally attached to someone because we have a good experience with them.
