1) Look, I know you're sorry, but you can't believe us to fully trust you at the moment. We have warned you of the consequences of smoking, yet you did it anyway. Why?
5) I did it because being the new kid is tough. I have no friends, no one to sit with at lunch, and no one to hang out with after school. Without that one cigarette, they would've trashed me to everyone, and I’d never make friends. I thought it was worth it.

3) Hmmm, look, it's going to take some time for us to trust you again, but I think it's worth making some new friends to start.

1) Hey, guys, my parents found a cigarette butt in the living room, and I got into big trouble. I'm done with smoking. I get if you don't want to be friends, but just know how bad it is for you.
