The Jacksonian Democracy was a political movement during the 1830s that aimed to give more power to the common man. It was named after Andrew Jackson who believed in the idea of majority rule and the rights of an average citizen. This led to more people being able to participate in government

This government needs the common man to vote too not just wealthy people.
The main goal of the Jacksonian Democracy was to make the government more democratic and less controlled by the wealthy. Andrew Jackson and his supporters wanted to ensure that all white men not just landowners had the right to vote this movement also focused on expanding the power of presidency.

From now on wealthy and the common man are able to vote for whose President.
Jacksonian Democracy was all about making sure the government represented the Common Man. Andrew Jackson and his followers wanted to break the control of the Rich and Powerful over politics. They worked to expand and vote rights to all white men not just those who own property and believed in a strong presidency to balance the power of Congress.
