When Darcy finally reaches school, she takes a seat and is listening to music while everyone is doing their own thing. She was in her own world, simply waiting for class to begin.
Hi, I don't think I feel so comfortable working with Tarah,
When the chorus of the song was about to hit, Tarah walks past Darcy and makes a nasty face, and commented under her breath that Darcy could still hear over the music.
After a while, the bell finally rang and everyone went to take a seat. Ms. Reed reminded everyone of the biology project and read out everyones' partner. When Ms. Reed told Darcy who she was paired with, Darcy knew she was in for some type of ride.

Darcy already knew the type of person Tarah would be in the group project, a lazy one. She knew Tarah wouldn't lift a single finger, but still get a good grade. That's when she told Ms. Reed about the incident early that morning.
When Darcy asks Ms. Reed for a new partner, Tarah overhead the two and got offended that Darcy would want to switch partners. She felt a ball of anger hurling inside her.
Darcy is making stuff up to put bad words on my name. I would never. *Slap* That's what you get for lying.
As soon as that slap was released from Tarah's hand, Ms. Reed had to remove her out of the classroom.
