Hecate was upset that the witches "[gave] Macbeth riddles and affairs of death, [and she] was never called to bear [her] part [or give her opinion on the situation]" (3. 5. 5-9).

Hecate is more upset that Macbeth has turned into "a wayward son, spiteful and wrathful [so he's turned into a spoiled brat because of the witches prophecy]" (5. 3. 11-12).

Hecate commands the three witches to say at their meeting place and don't cause any more issues.
Hecate disappears and the three witches are left alone
A soon as Hecate leaves, the first witch says "lets make haste [or hurry]; she'll soon be back again" (3. 5. 36).
