  • I love to exercise with my friends it calms me down and relieves stress
  • I exercise 3-5 times a week it really helps me relax. I also love to train with my friends because we movtivate eachother

  • I go for a jog every morning, it keeps the body healthy and also relieves my stress and I get to meet new people while running.
  • I go for jogs as much as I can it helps with my anxiety and clears the negative thoughts out of my mind.
  • Yoga/Meditation
  • I do yoga session 4-5 times a week with my friends it relaxes my body and my mind
  • I do yoga sessions 2-5 times a week with my friends it calms me down and empties the negative thoughts out of my mind
  • Exercise doesn't have to be strenuous to help ease depression. Any type of activity you can do is likely to boost your mood and increase your energy level. So whether you walk around the block, go for a run, or join a yoga or dance class, chances are exercise will make you feel better.
  • Going for a walk
  • Running boosts your mood and reduces anxiety and depression. When you run, blood circulation to the brain is increased and the part of your brain that responds to stress and improves your mood is affected. This causes a change that temporarily improves your reaction to stressful situations.

  • All of us try to play football whenever were free it helps with all our mental healths and keeps the body healthy.

  • Going for a walk improves self-perception and self-esteem, mood and sleep quality, and it reduces stress, anxiety and fatigue. Physically active people have up to a 30% reduced risk of becoming depressed, and staying active helps those who are depressed recover.
  • I go for walks whenever I have freetime, it clears my mind and the birds chirping help with my depression
  • Playing with a group of friends can also help increase our sense of belonging, improve our self-confidence and help reduce stress and anxiety. In fact, studies have shown that “those who enjoy close friendships over their teenage years have a lower rate of depression or anxiety later in life.”
  • Laughter makes you feel happier and releases endorphins in the brain, and puts you in a better mood, several studies have shown. Even a short period of laughter per day can reduce stress hormone levels (cortisol).
