When experimenting the system with users, the trials consisted opening the new packaging and system/game setup. The question that was most particularly presented was, how can we make the boxes in which our product is stored, easier to access for our consumers?
Microsoft tasked themselves with creating more adaptive controllers for people with disabilities.

The product design and packaging need to be easily accessible for all types of consumers, even ones with disabilities. 
The design team at Microsoft consulted users with disabilities to gain feedback and execute a new design
The team discussed the difficulties of zip ties, twist ties, and thick plastic that often time leads to frustration and injury. So the decided to make it as simple as possible
They created loops that enable users to easily open the box and remove the controller. Even the manuals and guides are more simple and accessible.
The feedback from users was so insightful, that it was noted the Xbox Adaptive Controller packaging will potentially set the new standard.
