Who knew that the history of transportation could be so interesting? We should do this more often!
The Ancient Romans invented alot of new technology to help revolutionize the way people travel. Some of their inventions include, the wheel, chariots which use domesticated animals, and even better designs of the boat.
Cool!
We also have roads, we use these to get around from city to city. Oh, how could I forget another main way to travel, boats. We evolved boats from hollow logs, to complex structures
Using the new invention of the Watt Steam Engine, many new inventions were made, like the Steamboat made by the french inventor, Claude De Jouffroy, locomotives (trains), and even some early forms of automobiles. Many of these new inventions used inventions from earlier times that they used collective learning to make, like the wheel from Ancient Rome.
We have created a magnificent invention, the Watt Steam Engine. We can put it on boats, locomotives, and even early automobiles. Our forms of transportation still use wheels and we still use boats
