I have been discussing with the colonists and told them they couldn't settle in these lands. BUT they just ignored me and continued their way along the mountains.

The best thing to do is to impose taxes and rules on their tea.
At the end we came to a conclusion that the colonists were responsible for the debt. So we came up with a solution- we would tax them on sugar.
Intolerable Act

We were mad the colonists would avoid taxes. So we taxed them without them knowing. This would work best for us all. Our next plan was to spy on them, they had to be responsible for providing us with food, drinks, fuel, transportation and lodging.
And that was our plan...
Since they dumped chests of tea into the Harbor we have decided the following: - We will be closing boston harbor, banning protesting and reimpose the quartering act.
