- Hello, my name is Helaena Maxynne G. Roque. My life is simple; I woke up with a grin on my face, grateful for another wonderful day.
- I enjoy listening to music and staying in my room to relax and converse with my friends. I'm the kind of person who prefers to stay at home and do stuff around the house.
- Based on my elementary school experience, we have a competition that requires us to create our own artwork and I am the chosen one to be the representative of our class and it is also needed to present it in front of everybody, and I'm not sure what to do and I’m not good with that because I'm afraid to speak in front of a large group.
- I'm always scared around this time since I don't have the confidence to share and expose my work to everyone. I also consider the negative aspects of my artwork, such as the possibility that others will dislike it and that many students have more beautiful artwork than I do.
- When the day comes for us to showcase our artwork, I chose to be absent so that I can't show it to many people because I believe in myself that I can't do it because I lack the confidence.

- I'm just sick ma'am. Thank you so much!
- I knew that all I needed to do was convey it, have confidence in myself, and do my best to show it to everyone. It has many lessons, such as how I waste opportunities and listen to the negative thoughts that enter to mind, and how it can help me increase my confidence if I try.
