I thought you were cleaning those rooms
I assumed that was your responsibility.
Mel did not clean the rooms or resupply them.
Tina and Mel are having a disagreement on who is responsible for cleaning the rooms.

Why are we arguing? Why are my rooms not ready. Our patients are waiting.
No ma'am, Tina was supposed to clean the rooms.
The provider notices the room was not ready. Both clinicians blamed each other

The conflict started out as a content conflict and turned into a relationship conflict due to personal frustration

with that being said this was a communication breakdown instead of a lack of teamwork
I did not understand the schedule there was no one to confirm it

When Tina and Mel listened and understood each others perspective, they were able to identify the problem.
